The marketplace role
HaveKar connects buyers and sellers and publishes practical car guides. HaveKar does not own, inspect, price or guarantee listed vehicles. An announcement is a starting point for independent checks, a test drive and document verification.
User responsibilities
Sellers must provide accurate, current information and must have the right to advertise the vehicle. Buyers should ask questions, confirm identity and ownership documents, arrange an independent inspection and agree payment and transfer steps safely.
Content and conduct
Do not upload unlawful, misleading, infringing or unsafe content, personal data about another person, or material that attempts to bypass account or security controls. HaveKar may remove content or restrict an account when needed to protect users or the service.
Support and changes
Report an inaccurate or unsafe announcement to support@havekar.com. These terms apply to use of the public site and account features. We may update them to reflect product or legal changes and will publish the new effective date here.
