We collect account details, contact messages, newsletter subscriptions, and order information you choose to provide. Authentication is handled by Supabase.

How we use it

We use this information to run your account, fulfill and support orders, reply to messages, send requested updates, protect the service, and understand basic store activity.

Service providers

HaveKar uses Supabase for data and authentication, Cloudflare R2 for product media, and configured email providers such as Resend or Gmail SMTP. These providers process only the information needed to deliver their service.

Retention and choices

We keep records only as long as needed for operations, legal obligations, and fraud prevention. You can ask us to correct or delete eligible personal information through the contact page.

Security

We use access controls, server-only credentials, secure cookies, and row-level database policies. No online service can promise absolute security.
