Mohammed V International Airport (IATA: CMN) is Morocco's largest airport, handling over 9 million passengers a year. It is located 30 km southeast of Casablanca city centre and is the primary entry point for European travellers, with direct connections from Paris, London, Madrid, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Brussels, and many more. Renting a car at CMN lets you bypass Casablanca traffic entirely and drive straight to your destination.

Rental car desks are in the arrivals halls of Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Most local agencies operate from a car park adjacent to the terminal, reachable by a short free shuttle. From CMN, the A5/A3 motorway gives fast access to Casablanca (30 min), Rabat (1 hour north), and Marrakech (3.5 hours south). The motorway bypass means you can travel from the airport to Marrakech without entering Casablanca city centre at all.
